Reporting a pollution incident.

All pollution incidents whether actual or suspected, should be reported to the Environment Agency through their Emergency hotline 0800 80 70 60.  This also applies to dying or dead fish.  When you report an incident please request an incident reference number so that you are able to follow up with the EA at a later date to see what action was taken.
